Rare early March 1959 untranslated 7" x 9" document signed at the conclusion by current Cuban President Raul Castro in black steel tip. It's worth noting Fidel, Raul, Che & the other Cuban revolutionaries would overthrow the Government and take over power just three months prior to the signing of this document in January of 59. Overall in good condition with multiple tears and creases.
