Nicely hand signed on the cover by CCR original members Doug "Cosmo" Clifford and Stu Cook, with both signing in blue felt tip marker. Cosmo has added a note which points to the title and says "That's Me!" Some light handling wear but are in overall very good condition. Vinyl is included.
