Known as the M&M Boys, Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris teamed up for one of the most exciting summers of baseball in 1961. With both men on the chase for beating Babe Ruth's record of sixty home runs in a season, the country watched carefully, many rooting against them in defense of Ruth keeping the record. Injuries led Mantle to drop out of the race near the end, but Maris continued, and in the final game of the season, he hit number 61. Putting a cherry-on-top of that magical season, the Yankees would also win the World Series in impressive fashion. Offered here is an ultra-rare multi-signed 8" x 10" color photograph feauting the deadly Yankees lineup. Signed in felt tip marker by Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Yogi Berra, Bill Moose Skowron & Johnny Blanchard. Overall in excellent condition. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
