During the years of 1999-2000, there arguable was not a better golfer on the planet at any given time than Tiger Woods during that stretch. Inventing a new "Slam" winning an incredible four majors in a row. While items signed by Woods are extremely scarce, scorecards are near impossible to obtain. Offered here is a marked 1999 Torrey Pines score card for the second round of the Buick Invitational.
