Uncommon personal check, 6" x 2.75", filled out and signed by Reagan, payable to Mr. Michael Gray for $100.00, October 20, 1990. A central vertical fold and some scattered light creases and wrinkles, otherwise fine condition. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
