This partially printed document bares information regarding Joseph Winklestein crime of 1931. Winklestein would be convicted of dealing intoxicating liquors with his conviction lasting past prohibition in 1933 serving for this pardon. Signed on the reverse in black ballpoint by Franklin Roosevelt during his time in office. Overall in fine condition with a horizontal fold.
