Offered here is the original Warner Brothers contract for the production of one of comedian/director/satirist Mel Brooks' most well-known works, the 1974 release "Blazing Saddles" (originally titled "Black Bart"). The document, between Warner Brothers as the producer and Mel Brooks as the director, is an 18 page contract and lays out all of the specifics of the production of the movie. It is signed at the conclusion of the first page by employees of both Warner Brothers as well as Crossbow Productions, and of course by Mel Brooks himself. In fine condition with expected handling wear. Scattered notes have been handwritten in. Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
