George Washington's contribution to the foundation of the United States of America could not be understated. Something else that can't be understated is the rarity and investment potential of his autograph. With virtually everything bearing his penmanship being absorbed by museums and institutions, Washington's signature has been elevated to the mythical status that it so properly deserves. With that said, we are proud to present this exquisite example of Washington's penmanship. Presumably extracted from a colonial document, this attractive 3" x 1.5" signed clipping features a bold "Geo. Washington" autograph that stands as one of the hardest to obtain in the whole hobby.
