8.5" x 11" sheet of Chicago Tribune stationary nicely signed and inscribed in black felt tip marker, "To Irwin M. Schuett, with our best wishes, Chester Gould, Thanks for your letter!" In addition to signing, Gould has added a great profile portrait sketch of his famed creation, Dick Tracy. Sheet exhibits light toning but is otherwise fine.
