Offered here is a pair of multi page documents, both dated September 11, 1970, one each for Grace Slick and Paul Kanter in which they as songwriters agree to loan out the rights of their songs to Montclare Music Company, with the artists receiving up to 50% of the proceeds for any sales associated with the publishing of numerous outlined compositions. Both documents are signed by Slick and Kanter on the fourth page of their respective documents. In overall fine condition. COA from PSA/DNA.
