July 3rd, 1986 issue of Rolling Stone magazine featuring what was then the new formation of the band with Sammy Hagar, beautifully hand signed by all four members in blue and black felt tip marker. Signers include Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony. Some light handling wear to the magazine, otherwise fine. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
