Honus Wagner items are scarce no matter what form, but signed images of the former hurler are seldom ever offered to the public. This stunning 5" x 6" newspaper page photo has been signed in near-mint fashion in black ink by Wagner below the image of him at-bat, along with the inscription "Pirate". In fine condition with even toning. The cut out newspaper image exhibits some tearing and light paper loss, but has been affixed to a larger sheet to minimize the visibility of the damage and for added support. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
