Desirable signed bank check as President, 6.5" x 2.75", beautifully hand signed by Franklin D. Roosevelt in a rich fountain pen ink, payable to George Lander Stringham, D.V.M. for the amount of $22.50, dated September 7th, 1944. A clean specimen, with no folds that tend to obscure other Roosevelt checks. There is some minor fading to the autograph and typical cancellation stamps scatter the reverse, with some hole punches going through the signature. In overall good condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
