Tom Petty was not only a popular band leader with The Heartbreakers, but also an incredible solo artist. He is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold over 80 million records worldwide. Unfortunately, in 2017, Petty suffered cardiac arrest and died suddenly at the age of only 66.
