This January 23, 1994 check made out to Recreate Physical Therapy for the amount of $2,905.00, drawn from Jerry Garcia's personal account, has been beautifully hand signed by The Grateful Dead frontman Jerry Garcia. The body of the check is made out in Garcia's hand. Garcia is an extremely tough and rare autograph, and signatures with his legal name are of the utmost scarcity! In fine condition with typical bank stamps on the reverse. Authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) with a full Letter of Authenticity.
