Prominently signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. Overall in good condition with horizontal/vertical folds, minor staining & handling wear to the edges.
