The world's first supergroup, Cream existed for barely three years in the late 60s, and in that time recorded just two full studio albums and two shorter albums. Despite their short lifespan, though, Cream pioneered a fusion of rock, blues and jazz that directly influenced an entire generation of musicians and therefore the course of rock music over the next decade. Offered here is the album recorded just before the start of their farewell tour, after the group had announced that they were disbanding - "Goodbye". The album has been signed by all three of the band members, Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, and Ginger Baker, in metallic felt tip marker inks, which stand out beautifully against the black background. Unsurprisingly, group signed albums from the band that disbanded in a somewhat tumultuous way are few and far between - especially this particular farewell album. In fine condition with very light surface rubbing and handling wear to the edges. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Roger Epperson/REAL.
