Early in the 2018 off-season of football, there were talks of the Patriots working out a trade that would send long-time tight end Rob Gronkowski to the Lions. There were questions as to whether the Brady/Gronkowski era was over. On September 23, 2018 - the same day the Patriots faced the Lions on the field - Gronk quickly quashed any thoughts of the trade when he announced that he wouldn't go anywhere without QB Tom Brady, stating simply, "Brady's my quarterback." Offered here is a pair of gloves worn by Gronk during that game against the Lions. Despite the ultimate loss of the Patriots, the tight end managed to complete 4 receptions and 51 receiving yards, and the Patriots went onto win the following six games in a row, thereby ending the whispers of doubt in the team. The gloves show good use, have been photomatched to several Getty Images from that game, and have been signed by Rob Gronkowski in black felt tip marker.
