This document is dated March 15, 1828, granting land to James Ogilrie of New Orleans. President John Quincy Adams signed at the bottom "J.Q. Adams". It is countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. There are four vertical creases and a couple of spots of staining, as well as what appears to be one burn mark. None of this affects Adams' signature. The handwritten portions remain quite legible and the Presidential seal is intact. In overall fine condition for a document of its age. Accompanied by full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
