Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.75, November 1, 1830. President Jackson grants Samuel Thompson of Wabash County, Indiana 160 acres of land. Prominently signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact with some cracking. Overall in fine condition with typical horizontal and vertical folds in addition to some other scattered creasing and toning. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
