A terrific relic for the Dodger die-hard, offered here is a Rawlings official Major League (Selig) baseball that was used in play during a June 13, 2014 game between the Dodgers and Diamondbacks in Los Angeles. This ball was used in play in the top of the fifth inning, with Dodgers ace and eventual 2014 Cy Young winner and NL MVP Clayton Kershaw hurling the ball to Chris Owings for what ended up being a ball that was fouled out of play. Kershaw not only got the strikeout, but eventually went on to win the game. In addition to game usage, the baseball showcases a choice autograph from the Dodgers' legendary announcer, Vin Scully, who signed across the sweet spot in blue ballpoint pen. The baseball showcases obvious soiling and impact markings from game usage, otherwise fine. A serial-numbered MLB Authentication hologram is affixed to the ball to guarantee game usage, and the autograph is guaranteed by a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
