Without a doubt, one of Back to the Future's unsung heroes is the DeLorean time machine. Prior to the addition of the "Flux Capacitor" John DeLorean would design the now famous 1980's vehicle. Offered here is a two page document offering exchange options to Oppenheimer & Co., an investor in the DeLorean Partnership. The document, dated June 1981, has been signed by J. Colin Keith for the Oppenheimer company and John DeLorean from DeLorean Motors Holding Company. In fine condition with minor handling wear. Accompanied by a COA from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
