Known as "The Flag Raising at Ground Zero", photographer Thomas E. Franklin captured what is known so far as the most historically significant image of the 21st Century. Taken at approximately 5:01pm in the evening of the 9/11 tragedy, Franklin's image encapsulated a defining moment of hope and patriotism that will live on indefinitely.

Offered here is an 11" x 14" color glossy photo of Franklin's historic image, beautifully hand signed and inscribed "9/11/01" by the famed photographer himself in blue felt tip marker. Obtained from an exclusive private signing conducted with Franklin. COA from PSA/DNA.
