Offered here is a seldom seen partly-printed signed document by John Hancock on, March 25, 1795. This official Commonwealth of Massachusetts document has also been countersigned by John Avery as secretary to the serving Governor Hancock. An incredibly rare full document from the famous signer! Overall in fine condition with intersecting folds and some scattered paper loss. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
