It is no secret that Steve McQueen had an affinity for cars and motorcycle, considering his success in such movies as Le Mans and The Great Escape. It is no surprise, then, that he was owner of an automobile company called Solar Plastics Engineering Company. Offered here is a one-page, 8.5" x 11" memo signed by the three directors of the company, including Steve McQueen in blue ballpoint pen. The memo is dated July 9, 1969 and is a call for a special meeting of the Board of Directors. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
