Offered here is a questionnaire submitted to the American Baseball Bureau in Chicago, filled out entirely in Jimmie Foxx's hand. Throughout the 8.5" x 11.5" page dated March 28, 1945, Foxx answers questions about all his vitals (height/weight/nationality/etc); his names (James Emory Foxx - and under nicknames, "Jimmie - Beast"); and more interesting stats such as his off-season occupation ("Salesman"), favorite sport other than baseball ("Golf & Hunting-Fishing"), favorite professional experience (he lists several), and unusual experience ("Took baseball tour Japan-China, 1934"). In fine condition, this is a unique piece from one of baseball's greatest! All of the handwriting, including the full "James Emory Foxx" signature, are in NM-MT condition, in bold steel tip. Authenticated & encapsulated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
