Presented here is an official 27" x 40" double-sided movie poster for "As Good As It Gets", boldly signed by Jack Nicholson (who won an Academy Award for his role in the film) in blue felt tip marker. Obtained in-person in May of 1998 at the LAPD Golf Tournament in Los Angeles and accompanied by EXACT photo proof showing Nicholson signing this poster--impressive! In overall fine condition.
