1965 would be a magical year for the Chicago Bears - selecting Gale Sayers with the number 3 overall pick, then following it up with Dick Butkus at the number 4 spot. Such a draft heist has not been seen to this day where an NFL team selects first ballot hall of famers in the same round of the same draft, let alone back-to-back picks which are rare enough. Offered here is a dual signed & inscribed Bears PROLINE fullsize helmet by Gale Sayers & Dick Butkus. Overall in fine condition with minor handling wear.
