Jackie Robinson Day is a traditional event in Major League Baseball on April 15, commemorating the day in 1947 that Robinson made his major league debut. On that one day, all players, coaches, and managers on teams across the MLB, as well as all umpires, wear #42 on their jerseys. In the 2015 celebration of that event, the Baltimore Orioles faced their rivals the New York Yankees in an incredible match-up that resulted in Alex Rodriguez's 656th home run and - more importantly in this case - Manny Machado's first home run of 2015. Offered here is the jersey that the Orioles' third baseman wore on that day, in which he hit his home run in the 4th inning. The Orioles ended up pulling out a win over the Yankees with the final score being 7-5. The size 50 Majestic jersey features all appropriate tagging and patching, normal signs of light use, as well as the unique number "42" on the reverse. Machado went onto the sign the number in black felt tip. Accompanied by a COA from the Orioles as well as a hologram from MLB authenticating its game use and autograph.
