On February 19,2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Solovyov Alexander Vasilyevich as the Acting Head of the Udmurt Republic in Russia until someone more permanent was able to be elected into the position. Offered here is the Executive Order, in Russian, signing this appointment into effect, signed by Putin in blue ballpoint pen at the conclusion. The Order is complete with the stamp of the Kremlin and comes housed in an attractive red leather folder complete with the Russian Coat of Arms. In overall fine condition, this is a unique piece of Russian government memorabilia. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
