Offered here is a piece of white lined paper, 3.5” x 5.25,” that has been autographed by all four members of The Beatles in black ballpoint pen. The signatures were obtained at King George’s Hall, Blackburn, Lancashire, England on 9th June 1963; the date was the last show in the group’s tour with Roy Orbison. The lyric ‘4000 holes in Blackburn Lancashire’ was also part of the 1967 Beatles song ‘Getting Better’ which appeared on the group’s 1967 album ‘Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band’. The autographs come with a letter from the previous owner that reads ‘The Beatles came to Blackburn King Georges Hall on 9th June 1963 and a friend of my brother was working for the Lancashire Evening Telegraph and was going to take photos of them and I asked if he would get me there autographs which he did’. The condition is very good, with creasing, scattered toning and pinhole to upper left edge, not at all affecting the overall boldness of the autographs. Accompanied by a Tracks COA.
