This extremely rare and collectible Grateful Dead piece is a 7-page 18" x 24" blueprint for a penthouse that Jerry Garcia and Bob Weir were in the market for (along with another unidentified person, presumably a friend, named Gib Smith) in New York City. The first page consists of both musicians' full autographs and each of the following pages has been initialed by each of them. In overall fine conditioning with general handling wear. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
