As President, Jefferson would negotiate the purchase of the Louisiana Territory, support the Lewis & Clark expansion/expedition among issuing this Military appointment during his time in Washington. Offered here is a tremendous full & desirable free frank boldly signed & handwritten entirely by Thomas Jefferson.
