The tallest documented human being of modern times, Robert Wadlow (1918–1940), who reached a height of 8' 11", made his living as a touring novelty attraction and shoe company spokesman before dying at the age of 22. Vintage matte-finish 4.75" x 3.25" candid snapshot photo of Wadlow during a performance, signed twice in black ink, once on the front and once on the reverse. In fine condition, with poor contrast to the signature on the front against the dark background. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
