In December of 1991, close friends George Harrison and Eric Clapton played twelve concerts in Japan, upon persuasion from Clapton to Harrison. Recordings of performances from this tour were released on Harrison's 1992 album "Live in Japan". Despite having previously had poor luck with solo tours, the experience proved to be an enjoyable one for Harrison, whose setlist included a variety of his Beatles-era songs alongside selections from his solo career. Offered here is a full-sized 24" x 36" promotional poster for the album released in conjunction with the tour, "George Harrison Live in Japan, with Eric Clapton and Band", signed by both guitar heroes in felt tip marker, with Harrison signing in silver and Clapton signing in pink. Both autographs are executed beautifully and stand in great contrast to the black background of the poster. This is the first poster for this tour/album that we has ever surfaced signed by both musicians! In good condition with some handling wear and surface rubbing. The poster comes housed in a black frame, ready for immediate display. A fantastic collectible from two of the greatest musicians of their era. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
